As I changed my schedule here, It happened to be overbooked(Apparently, It's booking.com's fault. Not the motel's). But the owner of the motel was kind enough to get a room from a motel just across the road for me and the room he arranged was nice and huge(with 4 beds). Given that my original booking was just a small studio with 1 bed, I doubt there was any margin for him. Not only that, he waited for me till 11 pm (I arrived quite late that day) so that he can explain what's happened and help me sort it out. Since I didn't stay at this motel, I can't confirm the room conditions, But I can guarantee that the owner(or staff. not sure. He was a Korean gentleman) is very kind and willing to take the extra step to help you.

The Manager was exceptionally funny 💯 exceptionally helpful when faced with an unexpected extra person due to transport issues. The room was disability friendly,as I suffered a stroke last year. So the room my husband and I were booked into had a sliding door entry to the bathroom and also had a wet floor Shower at no extra cost to what was advertised. Was truly amazing 10 out of 10. Thank you ❤️ Rosewood Court Motel for the exceptional accommodation. Oh I'd like to also mention that we had a phone call not long after checking out to inform us that there was jewellery left in one of the rooms we booked. So their also TRUSTWORTHY 👍. Love it 😍

We really enjoyed our stay at Rosewood Court. Our little room had everything we needed, and the bed was very comfortable. Location is perfect just a 20 minute walk into central Christchurch, with other amenities (takeaways, supermarket, etc) just a 5 minute walk away. The hosts were also incredibly friendly and helpful. Laundry facilities were also much appreciated. Thank you!

Motel centrally placed to local shops etc. Older motel that have been tastefully redecorated. Hosts friendly. Onsite parking. Very good price for 2 bedroom apartment, plus very spacious 80 sqm. Would definitely stay there again. Unit is double glazed so whilst new building site working should minimise noise once piling complete (probably another week or two).

Great location! Only a few minutes from a shopping center with petrol station, bakery, fish and chips, and supermarket. Nice staff and clean room that was exactly what we needed. Was nice having a oven and hob. The hob worked well and got nice and hot quickly. The spa bath and shower were lovely and the shower head was big and had good pressure.
